The venue is contemporary, food is outstanding, easy location close to boulevard laurier. The rooms are well-designed with a fireplace and the overall experience is wonderful.

There were very good staff and food for a such great stay. Separate room, large bathroom. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. Also, I enjoyed how easy the location was. It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area, just off Quebec airport and Lavel University and boulevard laurier.

The personnel was always absolutely amazing, efficient check-in, plus the service was excellent. Lots of incredible food for buffet breakfast. The double room had a good bed. Glad that the weather was warm sunny, so I could enjoy its great pool.

I enjoyed the hotel overall. The room was luxurious, huge, located in the very very nice area. All staff was pleasant enough, tackled my issues. There was a modern bar with welcoming service. Shuttle service was a nice touch.
It had too small beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Good base for exploring Quebec City. Nice pool with sun loungers and a hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there.

the nearby restaurant, napa grill, was as close as 100 feet from the hotel. in love with chateau bonne entente. the property met the demands. lovely place for trip in quebec city.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit la citadelle de quebec. Monte cristo lounge is an easy walk to the venue.
